Dean
Duties: As Dean of the College of Arts and Humanities, José Fernández is responsible for the administrative oversight of the college, building new college policies, and developing new programs of excellence. As he encourages the growth of the new college, he oversees personnel recruitment and development while handling all inter-college and off-campus relations.
Associate Dean of Academic Programs
Duties: Associate Dean Hepner oversees the college's graduate and undergraduate programs, including curriculum management, program development and review, and course scheduling and enrollment management. She is also responsible for the college's distance learning initiative and serves as the liaison to UCF's regional campuses and area community colleges.
Assistant Dean of Space and Arts Liaison
Duties: Assistant Dean Lartonoix is in charge of CAH space allocation and inventory. In addition, he is the CAH Arts Liason to the community. He serves on the BOD for the Orlando Repertory Theatre, is a member of the UCF Theatre Professional Advisory Board and is the CAH representative to the United Arts of Central Florida.
Assistant Dean
Duties: Dr. McDaniel oversees the Research Office and supervises the CAH Technology Office and manages information systems, public relations and marketing, and information outreach for CAH. He is also the Director of the Texts and Technology Ph.D. program, an interdisciplinary graduate program currently residing in the college. In addition to his duties with the Dean’s Office, he is also an associate professor of Digital Media in the School of Visual Arts and Design.
Assistant to the Dean
Duties: Responsible for college E&G budget implementation and budget allocation documents. Tracks all college salary and OPS expenditures, as well as monitors all operational expenditures for the college. Reviews all faculty, adjunct and grad student employment agreements and ePAFs. Processes PVAs and assigns positions numbers. Payroll approver for CAH and back-up payroll approver for all CAH units. Processes all budget transfers for the college.
Assistant Dean
Duties: Dr. Stanlick's responsibilities include CAH faculty relations, student affairs, property and inventory, TIP award process management, coordinating IE program assessment, CAH public relations, student awards, faculty qualifications management and SACS accreditation compliance. She is also Associate Professor of Philosophy, founding co-editor of Florida Philosophical Review, and designer of the Office of Student Conduct Seminar in Academic Ethics.
