Dean José B. Fernández, Ph.D.
As Dean of the College of Arts and Humanities, José Fernández is responsible for the administrative oversight of the college, building new college policies, and developing new programs of excellence. As he encourages the growth of the new college, he oversees personnel recruitment and development while handling all inter-college and off-campus relations.

Associate Dean Terry J. Frederick, Ph.D.
Associate Dean Frederick is responsible for the college budget, faculty hires, legal/related issues, and SACS accreditation. Terry Frederick also governs needs related to inventory and space, as well as administers the technology department.

Associate Dean Lyman Brodie
Associate Dean Brodie handles issues related to undergraduate student affairs, community relations, diversity, and promotional activities. Mr. Brodie also oversees the administration of WUCF Radio.

Assistant Dean Paul Lartonoix
Assistant Dean Lartonoix is responsible for managing college research. He assists faculty with research needs, such as grant writing. He is also responsible for academic issues such as reputation and accreditation and serves as arts liason to the community.
